§ 27-25. Rates, charges for consumption of water and payment due date.

(a)

Rates and charges for consumption of water will be set from time to time by resolution of the city commission.

(b)

All water bills are due when rendered and are delinquent twenty (20) days after the initial rendition of the bill.

(c)

Utility tax charged. A utility tax of ten (10) percent will be added to each water charge.
